SSL certificate order process
To understand a certificate buying process,you need to know how the SSL technology works.
A SSL certificate needs two essential and inseparable elements to work:
- A private key generated by the server
- A public key created from the elements included in the CSR
In order to create a certificate,the certification authority needs the public key. Before placing an order, the CSR must be created and provided in the certificate order form.
