Patch to fix the BEAST failure on IIS
In 2011, Microsoft published here a patch for the BEAST vulnerability.Warning: Microsoft advised to choose RC4 over CBC, and not to deactivate CBC.
Since 2013, it appears RC4 must be deactivated for it is dangerous while CBC is not as weak as one initially thought.
