A server certificate to abide by the european guidelines about physical beeing protection

The French law 78-17, article 34, states that the person handling personal data has the responsability to guarantee its security and confidentiality in order to protect concerned people's private life. Not securing transfered data or forms from a website or not securing documents sent by email is really risky (for the IT engeneer as for the data)!
