20121119 - Modification of TBS X509 intermediate certificates

On November 18th, 2012, TBS Internet has slightly changed the intermediate certificates of its TBS X509 products.

What kind of modification and why?

A wrongly encoded field was modified. That was causing an issue on Opera 12.10 and maybe on some Citrix products.

IMPORTANT: The former and new intermediates have the same name. They can only be differentiated by their expiration dates. The new ones expire in 2020, the former ones in 2019.

What to do?

The intermediates are interchangeable. No reissuance is needed to use the new ones. You'll just have to configure your server with the intermediate certificate you want to use.
