Can a certification third part trace actions?

Contrary to a popular belief, SSL negotiation (= authentication) does NOT call in the third part certifier's server. The server authentication is accepted when the server certificate is signed by a trusted entity recognized by the browser (certifiers' certificates are included in SSL browsers) or because the user added the certifier's certificate in its accepted certificates list. The authentication also checks tha the server owns the public and private keys linked to the certificate.

in a nutshell, when a session is enabled, there is absolutely no request send to the certifier server. The certifier does not any part in your transactions and therefore cannot keep any tracks of them.
