Documentation to provide to get a ChamberSign certificate
Once the application is submitted, you will receive a link from ChamberSign which will allow you to initiate and complete your order.
When creating your request at ChamberSign, you will have 2 options:
- send the documentation electronically
- send the documentation by post
Electronic sending
In this case, you will need to have in your possession:
- Supporting documents concerning the signatories of the order
- Copy of a valid identity document of the holder (national identity card, passport, residence permit)
If the holder is not the legal representative: Copy of a valid identity document of the legal representative (national identity card, passport, residence permit)
In the event of a delegate: Copy of a valid identity document of the delegate (national identity card, passport, residence permit) - Delegation of signature
- Copy of a valid identity document of the holder (national identity card, passport, residence permit)
- Supporting documents concerning the identity of the organization
- Organization registered with the RCS: Extract from the Registre du Commerce et des Sociétés (KBIS) of the head office, in original, up to date and less than 3 months old
- Organization not registered with the RCS: Official document justifying the appointment of the legal representative
- Local authority, public institution or State authority: Proof of appointment of the authorized authority
- Organization registered with the RCS: Extract from the Registre du Commerce et des Sociétés (KBIS) of the head office, in original, up to date and less than 3 months old
Sending by post
If you choose postal delivery, you will need to provide the following documents:
- The subscription form and the T&Cs (to be collected when initiating the request)
- Subscription form signed in original by hand by the legal representative of the company or the delegate, as well as by the holder
- General Conditions of Use of ChamberSign France initialed by the certificate holder
- Subscription form signed in original by hand by the legal representative of the company or the delegate, as well as by the holder
- Supporting documents concerning the signatories of the order
- Copy of a valid identity document of the holder (national identity card, passport, residence permit), signed in original by hand and including the handwritten note “certified as true to the original” written by the holder

In case of delegation: Copy of a valid identity document of the delegate (national identity card or passport, residence permit) - Delegation of signature
- Copy of a valid identity document of the holder (national identity card, passport, residence permit), signed in original by hand and including the handwritten note “certified as true to the original” written by the holder
