CO-piBOT: return = 37 : BAD CN
The name of the website does not match the one that is indicated in the certificate

This code indicates the certificate found on the server does not match the name that has been tested (address of connection).
Technically, it means the FQDN (address of connection) or the IP address indicated has not been found by CoPiBot in the CN or the SAN field of the certificate.
Either the certificate does not match the one that should be attended or the certificate is not the one we delivered.

Troubleshooting

  • Check the website's name you entered and the certificate that is displayed in order to understand why the both do not match and run a new test with CoPiBot . Indicate the right website's address.

  • Did you install the certificate we delivered? Consult our installation instructions.

  • If you are running a test with a temporary name or an IP address, this inconsistency is probably normal and should disappear after implementation.

  • If you can't fix the problem, contact our support department by phone or by e-mail and send us a screenshot and / or your order reference number.

You server may need a multiple-domain or UCC certificate to certify all the sites or services of your platform. Consult the certificates' comparison chart of our website our contact our sales department.
