My software requires a PEM file...
A lot of software still require PEM files. Actually the PEM word is now tarnished and has nothing to do with Privacy Enhanced Message anymore!PEM is nothing else than what we call X509 (64-based encoded (text)).
To get a PEM file, rename our X509 file (.cer) or the certification chain (.txt) and change the extension to a .pem. That's all!
