Since we do not provide self-signed certificate, it means the certificate displayed does not come from us but is rather a certificate that has been self-generated by the server software.

If you did install the certificate we provided, the error might come from a misconfiguration. There can be several reasons:
  • you forgot to reboot the server and the modifications have not been taken into account
  • modification of an inactive configuration
  • error in the modification
  • etc.
