Self-signed certificate in the certification chain

This code indicates that the certification chain contains a certificate considered as self-signed.

Seeing that we do not deliver self-signed certificate, it means the certificate that has been found does not come from us but has been self-generated by the server software.

If you installed our certificate, there is a configuration mistake. It can be caused by:

• server has not been rebooted to take the modifications into account
• a configuration modification that is not active
• mistake in the modification
• etc.

Import the certification chain manually

On microsoft platforms, you may not have imported the .p7b file provided but only the .cer one.
You tehn have to manually import the certification chain linked to your certificate, see the documentation here.
