Organization name proof of use

here are the documents we might request as your organization name proof of use for the obtention of a server certificate. Usually we do not need any document.

France (FR):

Including DOM-TOM

All companies (SARL, SA...), individual company, GIE...	K-BIS extract from the Commerce registry clerck less than 3 months old.
private practice, Administration, public sector	Extract of the "SIRENE repertory situation" from INSEE.
Association with SIREN number	Extract of the "SIRENE repertory situation" from INSEE.
Association without SIREN number	Association statement receipt (showing the prefecture registration number).
Individual (personnal name)	Passport or ID card copy + electricity, gaz or water bill

Belgium (BE):

Companies registered to the commerce registry	Provide BCE number or officiel document showing the VAT number or the registration number from the commcerce registry (and the name of the registry).
ASBL association	Document from the district court, ASBL bureau.
International association	Document from the Department of justice (international association bureau).
Individual (personnal name)	Passport or driver licence copy + canceled check under your name or bank account information

Switzerland (CH):

Companies	Extract of the Commerce registry.
Companies not registered to the commerce registry	see individual
Association	3 proof of existence (police ; bank account extract; bill).
Individual (personnal name)	Passport or driver licence copy + canceled check under your name or bank account information

Monaco (MC):

All companies (SARL, SA...)	E BIS extract from the commerce registry clerck less than 3 months old.
Association	Association statement receipt from the Deparrtment of the Interior (showing the registration number).
Individual (personnal name)	Passport or driver licence copy + canceled check under your name or bank account information

Canada (CA):

registered company	Provide the corporate number
Individual (personnal name)	Passport or driver licence copy + canceled check under your name or bank account information

Cyprus (CY):

registered company	C44 registration certificate
Individual (personnal name)	Passport or driver licence copy + canceled check under your name or bank account information

Deutshland (DE):

company registered to the commerce registry	Provide the company number

Spain (ES):

Unregistered company with declared store name	Provide the CRO registration number
Organization with VAT number	VAT affiliation certificate (VAT registration)
Charity	Tax office confirmation letter
Individual (personnal name)	Passport or driver licence copy + canceled check under your name or bank account information

Italy (IT):

company registered to the commerce registry	Registration certificate

Luxembourg (LU):

Austria (AT):

Company registered in the commerce registry	Extract of the commerce registry (Firmenbuchnummer WKO company number)

Nota: in France, to get a certified copy, it is important to specify that this copy will be used for a formality with a foreign country (south Africa)
Some city halls or police stations may refuse. Insist.
