Install a Microsoft Authenticode or VB / VBA (multiple-plateform) certificate

To install your Microsoft Authenticade certificate, you need to make the distinction between using IE 7 and 8 under Vista and using an older version of IE (or IE7 under XP).

• Install a Microsoft Authenticode certificate with IE 5.5, 6 or 7 or 8 under XP
• Install a Microsoft Authenticode certificate with IE 7 to 11 under Windows Vista, Seven, 8(.1), 10
• Export the PVK file for Microsoft Authenticode from the certificate store
