What makes tbs different from its competitors? The level of knowledge and comprehension regarding a complexe product on a complexe market.

SSL specialists since 1996, we have build a strong technical knowledge base on the subject and we can provide support to anyone who needs it.

Having at our disposal a technical service entirely composed of engineers, we are able to provide several levels of support according to the product that has been purchased, to the options you selected and to the requester's needs.

The 4 support levels supplied by tbs

  • LEVEL 1

    • HOTLINE: special number available for owners of free certificates and for certificates that have not been purchased via TBS INTERNET: 0.8 € / min

      special number for technical support


      Please note: hotline number is only available to users calling from France.

  • LEVEL 2

    • ASSISTANCE PACKAGE: proposed during the order of a free SSL server certificate (excluding test certificates). See below all the details regarding the assistance package.

  • LEVEL 3

    • SUPPORT: included with any chargeable certificate and available upon request via a free number (in France)

  • LEVEL 4

    • GUIDANCE: proposed as an option when ordering a certificate. It is top range support. You get a step by step assistance during each technical phases regarding your certificate purchase, installation, reissuance, backup. It can be compared to a professional formation: £150 per certificate

To which level of support can I pretend?

Most of our customers benefit from Level 3. This support level is free and goes along with the acquisition of any chargeable certificate.

The other support levels are mainly for free certificates, for persons who need a higher level of guidance and for certificates that have been provided by our competitors.

How does the Assistance Package work?

2 scenario:

For Certificate Center owners

The pack is charged for 1 year (also available in 2 or 3 years versions). Once the pack is obtained, the assistance is activated for every free DV certificates attached to your Certificate Center (consult the assistance package price on the "tariffs" page in your Certificate Center).

Please note: The assistance package can be used on any certificate purchased during the validity period of the assistance package (no retro-activity).

For orders on public area

The assistance package cost £8 exc. VAT and can only be used on the certificate being purchased. It is then valid for a period of 90 days, like the certificate.
