Express Option

You may, at some point, need a SSL certificate to be issued quickly. That is the reason why we created the Express Option that guarantees a 4 hours tops delivery for standard certificates and a 6 hours tops delivery for Extended SSL certificates (from monday to friday between 9am and 6pm, excluding holydays).

WHICH PRODUCTS ARE CONCERNED?

The Express Option is available on the following products*:

SERVER CERTIFICATES:

• Sectigo UCC 3+ / 12+
• Sectigo MultiWild 2+
• TBS X509 Standard
• TBS X509 Ecommerce
• TBS X509 Premium

CLIENT CERTIFICATES:

• TBS X509 Email Professional
• TBS X509 Email Sign and login

WHAT ARE THE PRACTICAL DETAILS?

• Those 4 hours (or 6 hours for EV certificates) are calculated between the full reception of the audit documents and the sending of the DCV e-mail for certificate that has been either paid or for which we received a purchase order.
  
  WARNING: The time spent to wait for a document is not calculated in our lead time commitment.
  
  THE SAME WAY: The administrative contact must be reachable for the final vetting call. After two unsuccessful attempts (with a 30mn interval) the clock is stopped and the time spent trying to call the administrative contact is no longer taken into account in our lead time commitment.
  
  EV CERTIFICATES: Human resources must be joigned. Make sure then, they are avalaible to take our call.
  
  
• The Express Option is only available for French companies having a valid SIREN number.
• The Express Option can only be requested during the order. Once the order placed it is not possible to ask for the Express Option anymore.
• Should we fail to deliver the product on time (except if the delay is due to the customer), a credit note will be send, corresponding to the Express Option amount.

HOW TO RESQUEST THE EXPRESS OPTION?

That is easy, access an order form and tick the "Express Option" box in the "Delivery time" area. Your request will then be processed in high priority.
