Install a Microsoft Small Business Server 2008 / 2011 certificate
You received your certificate by email. Keep it within reach.
Install your certificate
Download the overall file (.p7b) indicated in the delivery mail and save it on your desktop and follow the procedure below:
- Open the Windows SBS Console: "Start" > "All Programs" > "Windows Small Business Server"
- Go to "Network" in Task Pad eand click on "Connectivity"
- Select "Add a trusted certificate"
- Select "I have a certificate from my certificate provider" and click "Next"
- On the "Import the trusted certificate" page, click "Browse" and select your .p7b file
- Click "Next" and "Finish"
Run a test
Check the access of your website's secured pages with IE and Firefox.
In your Certificate center, on your certificate status page you'll see a "check your certificate" button. Click it to make sure your certificate has correctly been installed.
