Install a X509 certificate (SSL - TLS) on Infomaniak products

You received your certificate by email with one or several intermediate certificates and a root certificate. Keep this email within reach.

1- Retrieve your certificate(s) on your server

In the delivery email you'll find several links. Click on them and download the associated files:

• A: your server certificate: file-example.cer
• B: the certification chain: chain-example.txt

2- Import the certificate and the certification chain

• Open the Manager : https://login.infomaniak.com/
• Go to Web Hosting
• Click the hosting/domain name in question
• In the left side panel, click My Sites and then SSL Certificates
• Select the site concerned at the top of the page
• Select I already have an SSL certificate at the bottom of the page
• Click Install

Your certificate is installed. Now make sure there is no issue. To do so, go on your certificate status page and click on the 'check your certificate' button in order to launch a test with CoPiBot.
